The post office made some weird mistake, after I contacted customer support they resent the violin via FedEx at no cost to me. Fantastic company and a fantastic product.

This is my first violin, was excited to have this arrive in the mail safe and sound. I quickly got playing and have been so happy with the violin thus far!

The E string was too high. The biggest problem with the string height is that the nut is too high. Also, the sound post doesn’t fit to the point that it could damage the top. After seeing luthier, and finding so many defects to a new instrument, we returned it.
