Instrument Trade-in Program
We created our Instrument Trade-in Program to provide you with the necessary tools to help advance your skills.
Trade your pre-loved Southwest Strings instrument for a new instrument of equal or greater value. Each trade-in is subject to a refurbishment fee which is deducted from the original price you paid. The remaining balance is your trade-in credit. Trade-in credit may be applied up to 50% of the new instrument’s value.
Trade-In Terms and Conditions:
Instrument must have been purchased from SWS. One trade-in instrument may be applied toward the purchase of one new instrument. Any trade-in credit exceeding 50% of the new instrument’s value will be forfeited.
Trade-in credit cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer. Refurbishment fees may increase for more than normal wear and tear. Instruments with serious or excess damage, may be refused.
