    I wrote an email to let costomer service know I was sending the Brazilwood Cello Bow back for a 4/4 size. I followed up with a phone call after receiving an email that was enthusiastic to assist me further. The customer service gal on the phone came across as disinterested, and awkwardly quiet.
    I ended up purchasing a Perambuco Cello Bow from another online music store. I will however shop Southwest Strings for further items first.

    Bow fell apart

    I’m not sure why, but the bow fell apart in one of our student’s hands. We will be returning it and requesting a replacement.
