Awful customer service. Strange biz hours. Very difficult to return a damaged item. Wanted to see pictures etc and did not take my word. Finally they set off shipping charges because in their view the bow was not damaged but I checked with a certified musician and IT WAS DAMAGED. Will never buy from this site again.

The bow arrived in good condition, the only question I have is that there is a space at the bottom of the hair in between the metal clip and where the pearl slide starts. My daughters violin teacher says that there shouldn’t be a space there. What can you do to fix this?
