Description
String adjusters provide fine tuning adjustment of pitch.
Double-prong, long lever string adjusters are probably the most common style. Select the wide versions (103W for violin, or 3127W for viola) for use with gut or synthetic core strings.
Suzuki-style string adjuster, specifically for use on smaller instruments. Size 1/4-1/16. Recommended for use with steel core strings.
Mini-style, double-prong violin string adjusters recommended for use with steel or rope core strings.
Hill-style, single-prong violin string adjusters are primarily used for the E-String, and used with loop end strings only.
The E-String Protector prevents string breakage on loop end strings. Slips over the prong on #106 English “Hill” style string adjusters, 8 per package.
