I never received this string, FedEx is probably at fault here, but next time I’ll have a local vendor order it in for me. I love these strings though. Good clear and projecting tone, easy playability, great for busking w/o amplification. The D string is a little fragile, though, and prone to breakages. Graphite should be used when setting this string on the bridge as that’s where the wear occurs prominently and the winding comes undone.

I have a 15” viola and these strings have made a dramatic improvement in its sound.
